Summary: Great location! Very clean room, well equipped. Was surprised to find a washer, as well as a dishwasher. We had the fourth floor. So well lit with marvelous skylights. Bed was comfy, huge shower. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.

Summary: I stayed in Room 1 and really enjoyed it — the space was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Communication was smooth, and check-in/check-out couldn’t have been easier. The location is excellent, within walking distance of major attractions, coffee shops, and restaurants. The only downside was the lack of on-site parking, which was a bit inconvenient, but overall, it still deserves a 5-star rating.

Summary: Ermine Suites is conveniently located in the heart of Krakow. It has great amenities for families traveling to Krakow. I highly recommend this property.

Summary: The location was perfect as was the accommodation, very well maintained property. The nightlife was loud and clear and early in the morning there was construction. We were also able to leave our luggage as we had a later flight without any charge which was a bonus.

Summary: Perfect apartment with everything we needed for a week’s stay. The apartment was very clean. Housekeeping came in daily to collect dirty towels and empty the trash, sheets were changed every 3 days. The property manager was wonderful, easily accessible and answered any questions we had. The property is less than a 5 minute walk from the main square, yet situated far enough off the street so noise wasn’t an issue. The only surprise was there was some construction going on next door. It really wasn’t an issue for us. They started work at 6:30am but finished by 5:00pm and did not work on the weekend.
